Went to Fordell today to pick up a few annual records in NT 18 (giant hogweed, opposite-leaved golden saxifrage, timothy grass) and jammed into two new stoneflies - Leuctra fusca and Capnia bifrons. Lucky I decided to pot them, since I otherwise wouldn't normally bother! They both like a stony stream bed, so no surprise in their position beside Fordell Burn, which was running pretty quickly over a bare stone bed.
