Rhamphomyia albohirta - an empid fly from the Cullaloe Hills

Swept from Salix (willow) catkins on the 19th April, this fringed specimen appears to be new to the county. It looks like the specific name comes from the male which, rather than fringed legs, has legs with white hair.
